Nordic Walking and Civilky 2014-2016
In 2014 Uor organization organized 5 big meetings for lerming walking with Nordic walking.
Walking with poles Nordic Walking is good physical activity for people with lifestyle diseases and the elderly who can not engage in normal physical activities. At the same time Nordic walking demonstrably improves health and increases physical fitness, both in healthy people and in chronically ill and the elderly.
April-October
Members of our organization walked with NW and Sent to us how many Kilometres They walked.
Currently members walked 152,914 km.
Targets
• Increase public awareness of nationwide scope SPCCH
• Increase awareness of Nordic walking, its impact on health and the prevention of lifestyle diseases and expand in the Czech Republic the use of appropriate physical activity for people with lifestyle diseases and for elderly
• Prevention of deterioration and diseases of civilization in Czech Republic
• inspire this technique for all generations
• Contribute to the prevention of falls in the elderly
